Shipping Policy

Please note, due to differences in monitors, colors may vary slightly from original artwork and original handmade books. I do though make a valiant effort to replicate the original artwork in photos for this website and for other digital outlets.
Unless, I’ve indicated through this website and/or through my newsletter that I’m on vacation, I ship items usually within 3 to 5 days from time of sale. I do not ship on weekends or holidays.
Very rarely are there any issues with shipping. If there are issues, the policy below may be helpful.
If you live outside the lower 48 United States, contact me via email at email@toddevansartist.com, and I’ll give you a shipping quote. Extra taxes and fees may apply. If you live outside the lower 48 states, do not make a purchase on this website before emailing me.
I can ship to APO/FPO/DPO locations, but if you are ordering from a APO/FPO/DPO location, please inform me over email at email@toddevansartist.com before you follow through with a purchase. I will have to use USPS and different shipping taxes/fees may apply.
For residents in the lower 48 United States, shipping is $10 per item unless otherwise specified. The larger paintings and collages, for example, will have a higher cost for shipping. Usually for residents living in the lower 48 states, an item arrives within 21 days after purchase.
If you would like express shipping, contact me via email at email@toddevansartist.com. I’ll give you a shipping quote and will send your parcel as soon as possible. Extra taxes and fees may apply. If you would like express shipping, please do not make a purchase on this website before emailing me.
I am not responsible for any delays once the item leaves my hands nor am I responsible for damage to the item after I have given the item to the carrier. I do include insurance and tracking for item(s) shipped.
Upon shipment, you’ll receive an email from me confirming shipment and giving you a tracking number.
If the carrier seems to have lost the piece, do contact me via email at email@toddevansartist.com, and we’ll discuss options. Most likely, the buyer will need to file a claim with the carrier if the item(s) are lost or damaged.
Return Policy
I do not accept returns nor offer refunds on items that are on sale nor do I accept returns or offer refunds on items I have made on commission. With sale items, all sales are final. With items made on commission, all sales are final.
For all other items, there is a 7 day return policy; meaning, the date the item is shipped to be returned must be within 7 days from the day the item was received by the customer/patron. If the return shipping date is not within 7 days from the day the customer received the item, I will not accept the return.
When returning an item, ship it directly to the address listed as the return address on the parcel or contact me via email@toddevansartist.com for the return address.
I must receive tracking information in order to accept a return. You can send that information to email@toddevansartist.com or contact me via this page.
The customer/patron pays for return shipping prices, taxes, and fees.
Within 24 hours from the time I receive the returned item in its original condition, I will issue a full refund to the customer.
A refund will not be issued to the customer if the returned item is lost, damaged, and/or not in its original condition.
If an order is pending; meaning, the sale has taken place but the item has not been shipped, I can cancel the order and offer a refund. If a pending order needs to be canceled, do let me know via email at email@toddevansartist.com, and I can cancel that order and offer a refund.
I offer this return policy for situations when a return and refund are absolutely needed. I generally discourage returns.
Of course, feel free to contact me via the contact page on this website or via my email at email@toddevansartist.com if you have any questions whatsoever during payment and/or during shipping. I may not respond right away, but I will respond. Like I said above, shipment usually happens with very few issues, but if there are issues, it’s something minor like a slight delay.
